Östers IF loans out Musa Njie to Umeå FC
Östers IF has loaned out 19-year-old winger Musa Njie to Umeå FC for the rest of the year. This decision was made by Östers IF in an attempt to give Njie more playing time and experience.
- A player of Musa's age is in need of playing time to continue to develop and we have had difficulty in providing him with playing time in senior matches here at Östers IF. I believe that this will be a very valuable experience for him and I hope that he will do well up there, says sportchef Ola Larsson.
Musa Njie signed a five-year contract before the season and has been noted for six appearances in superettan. However, it is not enough for him to continue to develop, and therefore Östers IF has decided to loan him out to Umeå FC.
